We are assuming that each of our value added customer has gone through these terms & conditions and agree to abide them before making any purchase at Paise.pk. We’ve tried our best to put to the point information in our terms & conditions.

How and when will I get reimbursed?

If your refund gets validated, we may take up to 6 business days depending upon your purchase amount and case. Our refund process begins after we have completed Quality Check on your returned product. Our quality check process can take 1 to 2 business days from the date we receive the returned item. Once we complete our inspection you will be notified via e-mail or call from our customer support representative with the update on your case.

We offers two type of refund either claim your Paise.pk E-Voucher of the amount you had paid for that particular item or you could ask for a complete cash refund. In case of E-Voucher, we can share E-Voucher with you within 24 hours post inspection on your registered e-mail address. In case of cash refund we will be depositing your amount into your bank account via online banking or cash deposit.

*Delivery charges in any case will not be refundable.

What is E-Voucher?

E-Voucher is similar to credit voucher, allows you to make purchase of amount mentioned on E-Voucher. Each E-Voucher will have unique code which you can use during purchase from Paise.pk.

This E-Voucher will be valid for until you avail it. The only condition is you will have to avail the whole E-Voucher amount in one go e.g. your E-Voucher amount is Rs. 1000 and you are shopping at Paise.pk a product worth Rs. 800 in this case you can claim your E-Voucher but keep in mind you will not be able to avail Rs. 200 remaining in your next order. You will have to redeem your E-Voucher all at once.

How to use E-Voucher while ordering?

If you have been issued an E-Voucher, you will receive a discount voucher code via email.

Please enter that code in the discount code box and click “Apply Code” during checkout at payment step. A corresponding deduction will be applied to your total amount.

If my returned product failed to meet refund policy, how will I get informed?

One or our customer service representative will be in touch with you. If we found it invalid we will call you to explain the issue and send the item(s) back to you at your desired place. We will arrange the delivery for you only once. Please make sure you will be available at that time to accept the item at your doorstep. Failure to accept will result holding your item for a 30 days period which you can collect by yourself from our office.

Purpose of this page is to tell you how we deal/accept returned items. Please go through the page and make sure your item is eligible for return.

You will have total 7 days after you received your order. If you found anything opposing your desires feel free to inform us on Whatsapp/Call: +92-313-0001314 or write us an e-mail stating complete issue along with evidence e.g. Photo/Short Video within 24 Hours of receiving parcel failure to do so may avoid return policy.

To initiate your return request follow the procedure below:

Make sure that product meets all the return requirements

  • Call/Whatsapp the Paise.pk helpline and request a return
  • Fill out the return form came with your order or Download Duplicate Form from our website
  • Pack items carefully and attach the return label with them
  • Arrange product drop off
  • Your returned item will be investigated by our Quality Control team
  • If it meets with all the requirements, you will be refunded for the item in the form of E-Voucher

 

How would I know whether my item is returnable or not?

We return all the item which does not belongs to the following categories mentioned below due to health and hygiene reasons:

Cosmetics

Sunglasses

Watches

Skin-care or hair-care products

Innerwear or Swimwear

Perfumes and Fragrances

Custom or Made to Order products

Imported Products

Certain Sale products

If you bought a General Merchandise or Electronic item (anything other than a Fashion or Beauty product), please refer to the requirements stated in the chart below.

Item is defective, counterfeit or damaged at the time of delivery• Item must be in original condition
• Item must include all packaging and accessories(including warranty cards, manuals , certificates of authenticity, tags, etc)

 

 

All Fashion and Beauty products that doesn’t meets above criteria, can be returned for any reason, provided they must meet the requirements below:

What is the procedure to initiate return?

Fill the return form came with your parcel, write all the necessary information on it pack the item gently and dispatch it to our office. Before proceeding you must inform us about the return within 24 Hours post receiving parcel.

Can I request a replacement rather than a refund?

Yes absolutely, you can ask for replacement and we will try our very best to arrange replacement. If we fail to do so we will share your E-Voucher on your registered e-mail address.

If my returned product is not validated for return, how am I informed?

If your return does not meet the Quality Check criteria, then we will call you to explain the issue and send the item(s) back to you. We will arrange the delivery of the item with mutual agreement. If fail to receive you will have to manually pickup your item from our office.

Note: Delivery charges paid by you in any condition will not be counted in refund.

Disclaimer! Paise.pk is an Online Selling marketplace for vendors in Pakistan. Paise.pk does not provide any direct warranty on any item however our vendor does. We do not take any direct claim. What we do provide is 7 Days Return (if informed about return along with solid reason within 24 hours post receiving parcel) via Call/Whatsapp.

How to check product warranty?

Different products are covered under different warranty policies. To confirm the warranty type of a particular item, please note the following steps

  • On the Product Page, under the product description, you will see details for warranty.
  • If the product has a warranty coverage, this field will identify the duration of the warranty and how the warranty is covered.


How can I claim warranty?

As of yet we do not deal on warranty until or unless provided by any of our vendor. We can arrange claim only if it is mentioned with product. We will need following information in order to initiate warranty claim:

  • Order Number
  • Order Date
  • Item Details
  • Warranty Period (on warranty card)
  • Nature of fault

Note: We urge you to save the invoice and warranty card together to ease warranty claim process.
